Whilst we aim to keep our furniture shipping rates to a minimum, to ensure your goods arrive with the least chance of damage we mostly only use specialised furniture freighters. This does mean you may pay higher than "normal" (i.e. courier) shipping costs at the checkout.
Delivery direct to your door can take as little as 1-week or, in the case of some bulky goods, as long as 16-weeks depending on third party manufacturing and shipping times.
Order confirmation is sent immediately upon order placement and you will be further advised within 2-business days on an estimated time of despatch via email.
Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods within the time-frame you may or may not have been quoted at the time of purchase, product lead times are an estimate only and may change due to circumstances beyond our control.
We recommend you contact a sales consultant if you are in any way concerned about product lead times.
We do accept 6-week lay-by terms with a minimum of a 30% non-refundable deposit.

Refunds: Please choose carefully as we do not offer refunds on change of mind, if you made a wrong selection, the product lead time is not to your liking or you simply found the item cheaper somewhere else.
Exchanges: With the exclusion of commercial & trade, special or customised orders, we will exchange any product, once delivered or collected, within a 7-day period as long as the product has been authorised to return (see Authorised Returns below), is returned in it’s original packaging, has not been damaged, and has not been partly or fully assembled. Curious Grace reserves the right to refuse exchanges on a case-by-case basis.
Authorised Returns: All shipping will be through Curious Grace authorised transport companies and at the buyer’s expense. Apply for authorisation of your return through our returns authorisation online form. This ensures your matter is standardly processed and resolved. Contact the Customer Service team on (03) 9687 6878 if you require further assistance. Unauthorised returns may incur extra fees.
Order Cancellations (Bulky Goods & Special Orders): Order cancellations of bulky goods (e.g. furniture products) & special orders will incur a minimum 30% cost of the cancelled order.
Damage Claims: All damage claims must be submitted within 24-hours of receipt of goods. We ask that you carefully inspect your order immediately upon receipt and submit concerns or evidence of damage/s through our warranty online claims form. This ensures your matter is standardly processed and resolved. Damage claims made outside of this 24-hour window will be considered "warranty" claims.
Customer Pickups: Customer pickups on bulky goods are done so at the bearer's responsibility and damage claims cannot be accepted.
Warranty Claims: Unless specified otherwise, a 12-month manufacturer's warranty applies. If you need to make a warranty claim please submit concerns or evidence of damage/s through our warranty online claims form. This ensures your matter is standardly processed and resolved.
We make every effort to correctly and accurately represent our furniture and other products we sell online and in-store.
Our sales consultants are qualified interior designers, stylists and furniture professionals.
We recommend you contact a sales consultant if you are in any way unsure about your product/s selection.
Natural timber has inherent colour and grain variations. Where we use natural timbers you should expect there may be colour, grain and other natural imperfections and variations from the pictures online.
Most of our products use natural materials such as bamboo, leather, marble, hemp, wool, cotton and a variety of metals. Whilst manufacturers do make every effort to retain design integrity you should expect there may be slight colour variations and other natural imperfections from the pictures online.
Under Australian Consumer Law you are automatically guaranteed when you buy products and services.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement. Due to the nature of our product, we reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund on a case-by-case basis.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
Note: this excludes conditions where other agreements are in place, including but not limited to customer pickup arrangements.
